William E. Campbell is a graduate of the Massachusetts School of Law at Andover, Massachusetts.  He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts in 2000.  Bill is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association. 

Bill has practiced almost exclusively as a Debtor's Attorney since being admitted.  Prior to being admitted to the bar, Bill was a Certified Financial Planner (R); an expertise which helps Bill help his clients.

Joseph C. Mooney  received his Juris Doctorate in 1968 from Boston University School of Law, and a B.A. in Political Science from Stonehill College.  Mr. Mooney was admitted to practice in Massachusetts in 1969; the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts in 1978 and the Supreme Court of the United States in 1978.

    Mr. Mooney's  practice is concentrated solely on representing individual Massachusetts consumers in connection with bankruptcy  debt consolidation and foreclosure matters.
