Joseph C. Mooney received his Juris Doctorate in 1968 from Boston University School of Law, and a B.A. in Political Science from Stonehill College. Mr. Mooney was admitted to practice in Massachusetts in 1969; the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts in 1978 and the Supreme Court of the United States in 1978. Mr. Mooney's practice is concentrated solely on representing individual Massachusetts consumers in connection with bankruptcy debt consolidation and foreclosure matters.
